Federal government fiscal policies, trade negotiations and agreements, Australia's economic relationship with the United States and China, and the impact of climate change on global economics are discussed.
Questioning Ross Gittins in the studio are students from Cherrybrook Technology High School. Later, via videoconference, students from Bega and Kingscliff high schools join in, along with students from Bathurst and Kelso high school campuses of Denison Secondary College via learncast facilities.
